AdCreative.ai pricing runs $39/month for Starter (10 credits), $249 for Professional (50 credits) and $999 for Ultimate (100 credits) — which works out to between $3.78 and $9.99 per downloaded creative. There’s no pricing page: adcreative.ai/pricing returns a 404, and the figures live only in a homepage section. Video generation is gated behind the $249 tier, and its credit cost is not disclosed anywhere.
Pricing verified 9 August 2026 directly from AdCreative.ai’s homepage pricing section. We re-check every price in this post quarterly and update the date above.
AdCreative.ai pricing at a glance (2026)
| Plan | Monthly | Quarterly (25% off) | Yearly (50% off) | Credits | Brands | Users |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 | $29/mo | ~$19.50/mo | 10 | 1 | 1 |
| Professional | $249 | $185/mo | ~$124.50/mo | 50 | 3–10 | 10 |
| Ultimate | $999 | $749/mo | ~$499.50/mo | 100 | 25 | 20 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Tailored | — | — |
The monthly and quarterly figures are verified from AdCreative.ai’s own site. The yearly figures are arithmetic from the advertised 50% discount — the page doesn’t render literal annual amounts, so treat those as computed rather than confirmed.
AdCreative.ai has no pricing page. We fetched both adcreative.ai/pricing and www.adcreative.ai/pricing on 9 August 2026. Both returned HTTP 404. Pricing now exists only as a homepage anchor, which is why most third-party AdCreative.ai pricing pages are quoting tier structures from 2023.
The credit sliders — and two pricing anomalies
Each tier has a credit slider, and almost no page covering AdCreative.ai pricing captures it. Verified 9 August 2026:
| Tier | Credits | Price | Cost per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 10 | $39 | $3.90 |
| Starter | 15 | $89 | $5.93 — worst value on the grid |
| Starter | 30 | $139 | $4.63 |
| Starter | 50 | $189 | $3.78 |
| Professional | 50 | $249 | $4.98 |
| Professional | 75 | $339 | $4.52 |
| Professional | 100 | $400 | $4.00 |
| Ultimate | 100 | $999 | $9.99 — same credits, 2.5× the price |
| Ultimate | 150 | $1,099 | $7.33 |
| Ultimate | 200 | $1,399 | $7.00 |
Two things fall out of that table that are worth understanding before you pick a plan.
Buying more credits on Starter can make you worse off. Moving from 10 credits at $39 to 15 credits at $89 takes your cost per credit from $3.90 to $5.93. You pay $50 more for five extra credits. The 30- and 50-credit steps bring it back down, but that middle step is genuinely poor value.
Ultimate at $999 buys the same 100 credits as Professional at $400. The extra $599 a month buys 25 brands instead of 10 and 20 seats instead of 10. If you don’t need those, Professional’s 100-credit step gives you identical output for 40% of the price. Cost per credit goes up as you move up-tier, which is the opposite of how SaaS normally works.
What an AdCreative.ai credit actually buys
Here’s the mechanic that makes AdCreative.ai pricing different from every other tool in this comparison: a credit is consumed when you download, not when you generate.
That’s why “Unlimited Generations” appears on every tier. Generating and previewing costs nothing; previews carry a watermark; the metered event is saving a watermark-free asset. G2’s pricing table labels the field “credits/downloads,” which confirms it.
Practically, this is a genuinely good model for creative work. You can generate fifty variants, look at all of them, and pay only for the three you’d actually run. If you’re disciplined, effective cost per usable creative on AdCreative.ai can be better than the headline suggests — which is the opposite of most tools in this category, where every render bills.
The unknown: how many credits a video costs. AdCreative.ai does not publish per-asset credit weighting anywhere — not on the homepage, not in the help centre. Competitor analyses model video at 5–10 credits each, which would put a single video at $24.90–$49.80 on Professional, but those are estimates, not AdCreative figures. We’re not going to repeat them as fact. If video is why you’re considering the tool, ask support for the rate in writing before you subscribe.
The 2026 AdCreative.ai pricing change nobody has caught up with
This is the single most important fact in this post, and it explains why AdCreative.ai pricing looks wildly inconsistent across search results.
| Tier | Late 2025 | August 2026 | Cost per credit then → now |
|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $249 / 100 credits | $249 / 50 credits | $2.49 → $4.98 |
| Ultimate | $599 / 500 credits | $999 / 100 credits | $1.20 → $9.99 |
Headline entry pricing barely moved — Starter is still $39. But real cost per creative rose sharply at the mid and top tiers, with the Ultimate tier’s per-credit cost increasing roughly eight-fold. Multiple archived third-party snapshots from December 2024 and December 2025 show the old $599/500 configuration.
Alongside that, quarterly billing appeared as a new option, the annual discount moved from 40% to 50%, and Starter dropped from two seats to one.
The wider push into longer commitments is worth noting, because it interacts with the billing complaints below.
Two further checks worth making: AdCreative.ai publishes no overage or top-up rate anywhere we could find, and sources directly contradict each other on whether unused credits roll over. AdCreative’s own Billing & Payments help collection contains no article on credit expiry or rollover at all. Treat both as unknown, and ask before you commit.
AdCreative.ai pricing starts with a free trial — here’s what happens on day 8
AdCreative.ai offers a 7-day free trial with 10 credits and full access to Pro features. A credit card is required at signup — the company maintains a dedicated help article explaining why. On day 8 it converts to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel.
That’s a normal arrangement. What makes it worth flagging is what happens next, which brings us to the refund policy.
Refunds: the part of AdCreative.ai pricing that causes the most trouble
AdCreative.ai’s published refund policy is unusually restrictive, and reading it explains most of the complaints in the next section. Verified 9 August 2026:
- Refunds are available only if you “did not use the service at all” — within 7 days on monthly plans, 30 days on annual.
- Refunds are denied if the service was used at all, if the window lapsed, if the account has been deactivated, or if the request concerns unused or expired credits.
- Processing takes 2–3 weeks after approval.
- Cancellation must happen before the cycle or annual anniversary, or it auto-renews.
- Refund requests are email-only to a single address.
Three structural consequences follow directly from that text.
One: if you generated a single creative during the trial, you’ve “used the service,” and refund eligibility is gone.
Two: the account must still be active. Users who delete their account in frustration permanently forfeit the right to a refund.
Three: the “30-day money-back guarantee” that reviewers frequently reference is actually a 30-day zero-usage window on annual plans only. That’s materially different from how most people read the phrase, and it’s the source of a documented complaint on Capterra where a reviewer described being told the guarantee didn’t apply.
None of this is hidden — it’s all published. But almost nobody covering AdCreative.ai pricing reads it, and it’s the difference between a manageable trial and a $249 surprise.
AdCreative.ai review: what it does genuinely well
Let’s be fair, because the complaint section is long and the product has real strengths that AdCreative.ai pricing is at least partly buying you.
Speed is the near-universal praise. Bulk creative variations in seconds, usable by people with no design background. “Easy to use” is the single most-tagged attribute across G2’s 792 reviews, where it holds 4.3/5.
Creative Scoring is a genuine differentiator. Two proprietary models — Component Analysis, which detects logos, CTAs and products, and Saliency AI, which predicts eye attention — produce a Performance Score and an Awareness Score, trained on data from your connected Meta, Google and LinkedIn accounts. AdCreative claims over 90% accuracy; that’s a vendor claim with no independent validation, and reviewers do report a disconnect between scores and actual sales. But no other tool in this comparison offers anything equivalent.
Competitor Insights is bundled, not an add-on. It’s included from Starter up, which several comparison pages get wrong.
Breadth. The 2026 feature set includes ad creatives, ad copy, product photoshoots, fashion videoshoots, UGC videos, storytelling video, AI image generation, a compliance checker, buyer personas, batch creatives, custom templates and a brand kit. Plus unlimited iStock photography, which AdCreative values at $900.
Native push to Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Verified from AdCreative’s own product page. There’s also a Shopify app listing. TikTok appears in some third-party lists but isn’t confirmed by AdCreative’s own documentation — likely it means export sizing rather than an integration.
The company responds. AdCreative replies to roughly 99% of negative Trustpilot reviews, typically within 24 hours. That’s a high engagement rate and worth weighing against the volume of complaints.
AdCreative.ai review: what reviewers actually complain about
The scores diverge sharply depending on where you look, and that divergence is the story:
| Platform | Score | Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | 4.3/5 | 792 |
| Product Hunt | 3.9/5 | 53 |
| Capterra | 3.3/5 | 169 |
| Trustpilot | 3.1/5 | ~4,000 |
| Google Play | 2.9/5 | 57 |
A 1.2-point spread between G2 and Trustpilot across roughly 4,800 combined reviews isn’t noise. G2 requires business-email verification and is heavily vendor-cultivated; Trustpilot is open, and it’s where billing disputes land. Capterra’s sub-scores make the same point from another angle: Ease of Use 3.6, Features 3.3, Customer Service 3.2, and Value for Money lowest at 3.1 — exactly what you’d expect after the 2026 price rise.
Billing is the dominant complaint, and it appears independently on four platforms, which is the standard for calling something systemic rather than anecdotal. Documented examples include charges after cancellation (Capterra, May 2026), unclear cancellation flow and missing billing notifications (Capterra, March 2026), unauthorised post-trial charges in the €366+ range with double-billing (G2), and charges appearing immediately despite trial messaging suggesting otherwise (Trustpilot, February–March 2026).
A recurring figure across Capterra and Product Hunt independently is $339 — which happens to be a live Professional-tier slider price. Several reviewers allege being placed on a higher plan than they selected. We have not verified causation, and it may be coincidence.
The non-billing complaints are more ordinary: limited customisation after generation is the single largest product criticism on G2 (tagged in 16 reviews), with repetitive output requiring manual editing, generic ad copy that misses brand tone, a disconnect between creative scores and real performance, limited video editing, no mobile display ad sizes, and no real-time collaboration.
A fairness note we think matters. There is no BBB profile, no regulatory action, no class action and no litigation on record. AdCreative responds to almost every negative review. 792 verified G2 buyers rate it 4.3/5, and the Trustpilot distribution is polarised rather than uniformly negative — a large satisfied cohort genuinely exists. The defensible summary is: a capable, fast, widely-liked creative tool wrapped in a billing and refund process that a substantial minority experience as adversarial. Not a scam. Worth a calendar reminder before day 8.
One more methodological note: we found no indexed Reddit thread discussing AdCreative.ai. The page currently ranking for “adcreative.ai reddit review” cites no subreddit, no username and no link. If a page tells you what Reddit thinks about AdCreative, check whether it can show you.
Does AdCreative.ai do video in 2026?
Yes — extensively on paper, and it’s clearly where the 2026 investment went. Five distinct video products are live: AI Video Generation, UGC Videos AI, Fashion Videoshoots, Storytelling Video, and product/blog videos. Three of them carry “new” tags.
How good is it? Nobody has properly tested it, and that’s itself the finding.
- It’s gated behind the $249 Professional tier alongside Creative Scoring, Batch Creatives and the Compliance Checker.
- Its credit cost is undisclosed, so you cannot budget for it before subscribing.
- AdCreative’s own
/product/video-adsURL returns a 404 — there is no public video product page. - No clip lengths, aspect ratios, resolutions, model disclosures or render times are published anywhere.
- “Limited video editing capabilities” is an explicit weakness cluster on G2.
- Every major review of AdCreative covers video superficially or not at all.
Our read: treat AdCreative’s video as a bundled convenience rather than a competitive video generator — while being clear that this reflects an evidence vacuum as much as a proven ceiling. If video is your reason for buying, that $249 tier is a leap of faith. We cover the field properly in AdCreative.ai alternatives that do video.
Who AdCreative.ai pricing suits
Here’s how the AdCreative.ai pricing tiers map onto real use cases.
Starter at $39 works if you need a handful of high-quality static ad variants a month, you have one brand, and you’ll use the download-metered model to your advantage by generating widely and downloading selectively.
Professional at $249 is the real product — video, Creative Scoring, batch creatives and custom templates all live there. It’s a serious price for a small brand, and the 100-credit slider step at $400 is better value per credit than the base $249 configuration.
Ultimate at $999 is hard to justify unless you specifically need 25 brands or 20 seats, because Professional’s 100-credit step delivers identical output for $400.
Look elsewhere if you need per-credit transparency on video, a self-serve API (AdCreative has none — the only API is an Enterprise digital-asset-management endpoint), or full IP rights on output, which AdCreative lists as an Enterprise-tier feature. What that means for Starter, Professional and Ultimate users isn’t stated publicly, and it’s worth asking about if you’re in a regulated or brand-sensitive category.
Where Shhots AI fits
We compete on the image-ad side, so here’s the honest comparison.
Shhots AI pricing starts at $19/month for 2,000 credits. Product images cost 11 credits plus one analysis credit per shoot — about $0.11 per image on Starter and $0.09 on Pro and Scale — with up to 175 images a month on the $19 plan. Every plan includes a full commercial licence and watermark-free exports, and we publish the credit cost of every output type.
Against AdCreative’s $3.90–$9.99 per downloaded creative, that’s a very different unit economics story. But it isn’t apples to apples, and we’ll say so: AdCreative’s Creative Scoring, Competitor Insights and native ad-platform push have no equivalent in our product. If predictive creative scoring is the reason you’re looking at AdCreative, we don’t replace it.
Where we do compete directly: turning product photos into ad-ready static and video creative at volume. Try the image ad generator or the AI ad generator and compare.

FAQ
How much does AdCreative.ai cost per month?
AdCreative.ai pricing is $39/month for Starter (10 credits), $249 for Professional (50 credits) and $999 for Ultimate (100 credits), with quarterly billing at 25% off and yearly at 50% off. Each tier has a credit slider that raises both credits and price.
What is one AdCreative.ai credit?
One credit equals one downloaded, watermark-free creative. Generating and previewing is unlimited and free; the credit is spent only when you download. That works out to $3.78–$9.99 per creative depending on tier and slider position.
Did AdCreative.ai raise its prices in 2026?
Yes, substantially at the top tiers. Professional’s credit allocation halved from 100 to 50 at the same $249 price, and Ultimate moved from $599 for 500 credits to $999 for 100 — taking cost per credit from about $1.20 to $9.99.
Does AdCreative.ai have a free trial?
Yes — 7 days with 10 credits and full Pro feature access. A credit card is required at signup, and the account converts to paid automatically on day 8 unless cancelled.
Can I get a refund from AdCreative.ai?
Only if you did not use the service at all — within 7 days on monthly plans or 30 days on annual. Refunds are denied if you used the service, if the account has been deactivated, or if the request concerns unused credits. Approved refunds take 2–3 weeks to process.
Does AdCreative.ai make videos?
Yes. Five video products are live in 2026, including AI Video Generation, UGC Videos AI and Fashion Videoshoots. All are gated behind the $249 Professional tier, and AdCreative does not publish how many credits a video costs or any video specifications.
Is AdCreative.ai worth the money?
AdCreative.ai pricing splits cleanly by use case. For static ad creative at moderate volume, Starter at $39 is reasonable, especially given the download-metered credit model. For video, the $249 entry point with undisclosed credit costs is difficult to justify without knowing what you’ll actually get.
Why is AdCreative.ai rated 4.3 on G2 but 3.1 on Trustpilot?
Because the platforms capture different populations, and because most complaints concern AdCreative.ai pricing and billing rather than the product itself. G2 requires business-email verification and skews toward solicited reviews from active users; Trustpilot is open and attracts billing disputes. AdCreative’s complaints cluster heavily on post-trial charges and refund handling.
Does AdCreative.ai have an API?
Not a public one. The only API referenced is an Enterprise-tier digital asset management endpoint. There are no developer docs, endpoint reference or API pricing available publicly.
Do you own the ads AdCreative.ai generates?
Partly unclear. “Complete Asset IP Rights” is listed as an Enterprise-tier feature, and AdCreative does not publicly state what IP terms apply on Starter, Professional or Ultimate. Its stock imagery is licensed through iStock and described as commercially safe. Ask for the terms in writing if this matters to you.
Final take
AdCreative.ai pricing is a case where the headline and the reality diverge more than usual. $39 to start sounds accessible; $3.90 per downloaded creative is fair; and the download-metered credit model is genuinely well-designed for creative work.
The problems sit above that: a $249 wall in front of video whose credit cost is undisclosed, a top tier that charges 2.5× more for identical credits, a refund policy that forfeits eligibility the moment you generate anything, and a 2026 repricing that the rest of the internet still hasn’t noticed.
If you trial it, set a calendar reminder for day 6. If you’re mainly after product and image ads at volume, compare the unit economics against Shhots AI pricing and our image ad generator first.
