Creatify pricing 2026: credit costs and real cost per video across Free, Starter and Pro plans

Creatify Pricing 2026: Real Cost Per Video (Verified $39/$99)

#Guide #AI Ads

Creatify pricing starts free with 10 credits, then runs $39/month for Starter (100 credits) and $99/month for Pro (300 credits). Because Creatify charges 5 credits for every 15 seconds of video, a 15-second ad costs about $1.95 on Starter and $1.65 on Pro — and its separate API bills at half that rate per second.

Pricing verified 9 August 2026 directly from Creatify’s pricing page and help centre. We re-check every price in this post quarterly and update the date above.

API Pro$2992,000No

Read this before you compare against anything else. Most pages currently ranking for Creatify pricing quote $33 and $49. Those were the previous prices. The live figures on 9 August 2026 are $39 and $99 — Starter rose about 18% and Pro roughly doubled. If a page quotes $49 for Pro, it hasn’t been checked since roughly June 2026.

Creatify advertises “save up to 50% on annual plan”, but the annual figures are behind a client-side toggle that renders no numbers to a crawler. We could not verify a single annual dollar amount, and neither can anyone else. Any page quoting a specific Creatify annual price is guessing.

How Creatify pricing works: what a credit buys

Creatify sells credits, and its help centre publishes exact rates. Verified 9 August 2026:

OutputCredit cost
AI video ads / avatar videos / AI Shorts5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up
Revisions3 credits per 15 seconds (waived on Pro+ if script, avatar and voice are unchanged)
Ad Clone1 credit per second
Product Video1 credit per image, 3 per video (more on higher model tiers)
Text-to-speech2 credits

Creatify also displays the exact cost before you render, which is a genuinely good practice and worth crediting.

The rounding matters. A 16-second ad costs the same as a 30-second one, because both round to two 15-second blocks. If you’re producing short-form, trimming to 15 seconds exactly is worth real money.

Creatify pricing per video: the real numbers

Cost per credit: $0.390 on Starter ($39 ÷ 100) and $0.330 on Pro ($99 ÷ 300).

Ad lengthCreditsStarter costPro costVideos/month (Starter)Videos/month (Pro)
15 seconds5$1.95$1.652060
30 seconds10$3.90$3.301030
45 seconds15$5.85$4.95620
60 seconds20$7.80$6.60515

Those are the honest per-ad figures, and they put Creatify pricing among the cheapest credible options in the category. For context, Arcads bills 800 credits per minute with length rounded up, which works out to roughly $11.00 per video regardless of length at its reported plan price — 5.6× Creatify’s 15-second rate. We compare them properly in Creatify vs Arcads.

The Pro tier scales. Its credit allocation runs 300 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000 through a selector. Those higher-credit prices aren’t rendered server-side, so we can’t verify them — expect the per-credit rate to improve, but check in-app.

The Creatify pricing detail nobody publishes: the API is half price

This is the most valuable thing in this post, and we haven’t found it stated anywhere else.

Creatify’s app charges 5 credits per 15 seconds. Its API charges 5 credits per 30 seconds.

From Creatify’s API billing documentation, verified 9 August 2026: URL to Video, AI Avatar, Custom Template Video, AI Shorts and AI Editing all bill at 5 credits per 30 seconds. Aurora runs 1 credit per second, Aurora Fast 0.5 credits per second, AI Scripts 1 credit per request.

The API credits are also cheaper per dollar: $99 for 500 credits ($0.198 each) and $299 for 2,000 ($0.1495 each).

Stack the two effects:

Route30-second avatar videoEffective saving
App, Starter$3.90
App, Pro$3.3015%
API Starter$0.9975%
API Pro$0.7581%

One inversion to watch: Ad Clone runs the other way. The app charges 1 credit per second (30 credits for 30 seconds); the API charges 12 credits per 5 seconds (72 credits for 30 seconds). If Ad Clone is your main workflow, the app is cheaper.

Two corrections to the wider web while we’re here. Several pages ranking for Creatify pricing state the API is Enterprise-only. It isn’t — the tiers are public and self-serve. And Creatify does not publish an overage or top-up rate anywhere; if a page quotes one, ask where it came from.

Is there a Creatify promo code?

No public Creatify promo code exists. We checked, and this deserves a direct answer because the search results for it are almost entirely affiliate spam.

The only discounts Creatify itself controls are:

  1. The annual plan discount, advertised as “up to 50% off” (dollar figures not publicly verifiable)
  2. The free plan — 10 credits a month, permanently

What you’ll find instead when you search for a Creatify promo code is a stack of coupon aggregators claiming 10%, 15%, 25%, 30% and even 75% off. These contradict each other, which is the giveaway. When we fetched them: most “codes” are click-to-reveal affiliate redirects rather than codes; one site’s code field rendered the literal placeholder :promo; the single exposed string was gated behind that site’s own membership.

The practical advice: if you want a discount on Creatify pricing, use the annual toggle, or start on the free plan and confirm the tool works for you before paying. Don’t hand a coupon site your click for a code that doesn’t exist.

The free plan, in detail

Creatify’s free plan gives 10 credits per month, which is about two 15-second videos. Also included: 300 AI actors, 10 premium AI models, 40 ad templates, 140+ voices.

The limits are real. Output is watermarked, locked to 9:16 aspect ratio only, single seat, and the Aurora model is unavailable.

There is no separate free trial of the paid plans — the free tier is the trial. That’s a meaningfully better deal than competitors offering nothing, and it’s the right way to evaluate whether Creatify pricing works for your volume before committing.

One inconsistency on Creatify’s own site: its FAQ article says “5 free credits every month” while the pricing page and the dedicated free-plan article both say 10. Assume 10, verify at signup.

Credit expiry, refunds and cancellation

Credits are valid for two months. That’s more generous than most of the category — several competitors expire credits at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits also carry across plan changes rather than being forfeited on upgrade or downgrade.

Refunds: there aren’t any. Creatify’s refund policy states that “payments are final and non-refundable” because payments process immediately and grant instant access. It says requests are reviewed case by case, but there’s no money-back guarantee and no stated window.

Cancellation works normally: cancel any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle. Auto-renewal is the default.

Combine those and the sensible approach is obvious: use the free plan first. Once you’ve paid, you’ve paid.

What Creatify pricing gets you at each tier

Free ($0): 10 credits, 300 actors, watermarked, 9:16 only. Enough to judge output quality.

Starter ($39): 100 credits, 300 actors, 200+ ad templates, 50+ premium models, videos up to 2 minutes, 5 GB storage, watermark removed, single seat.

Pro ($99): 300+ credits, 1,500 actors plus 3 custom avatars, 500+ ad templates, 100+ premium models, videos up to 10 minutes, 10 GB storage, up to 5 seats, AI Media Buyer (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin), and Creatify MCP for Claude and ChatGPT.

Enterprise (custom): 6+ seats or 2+ brand spaces, Creatify Studio done-for-you service, custom templates, white-label, dedicated account manager.

The jump from Starter to Pro is where most of the product lives — the actor library goes up 5×, and the two most differentiated features (media buying, MCP) are Pro-only.

Two things that changed in 2026

Creatify discontinued AI Shorts, Product Video and Video Translation at the end of May 2026. They remain reachable by direct link but are no longer supported products. Any Creatify pricing page listing these as current features is out of date.

Its own site contradicts itself on languages. The pricing page says 75+; the help centre FAQ and free-plan article both say 29. We can’t resolve it, so we’re reporting both rather than picking one.

Is Creatify pricing worth it?

The clearest evidence is in Creatify’s own reviews. It holds 4.8/5 across 1,667 reviews on G2 — a strong score, though a 4.8 at that volume usually reflects an active review-solicitation programme. The more useful signal is what G2’s aggregated dislikes cluster on:

ComplaintReviews mentioning
Credit issues, especially with newer models demanding more credits76
Credit limitations restricting project completion76
Expensive, especially with newer models71
Insufficient credits hampering project completion65
Slow rendering59
Pricing structure unclear57

Six of the seven largest complaint clusters are about credits and cost. That’s not a coincidence — it’s what happens when a credit price is low but the credit budget is small. 100 credits at $39 is 20 short ads, and ad testing eats twenty variants quickly.

Reviewer quotes from 2026 make the same point: “the credit system can feel limiting when you need to make small adjustments” and “credits run out quickly when creating and testing different video variations.”

Our read: Creatify pricing is genuinely cheap per unit and genuinely tight per month. If your workflow is a handful of considered ads, Starter is excellent value. If your workflow is volume iteration, budget for Pro or the API from day one.

For balance: we could not verify Creatify’s Trustpilot score (Trustpilot blocks automated access), and we found no indexed Reddit discussion of Creatify at all. We’re not going to quote either.

Creatify is the cheapest per unit of video in this set. That’s a real advantage and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.

Where Shhots AI fits

Where Shhots differs: we start from a product photo, not a script or a URL, and the same input produces UGC video, cinematic ads, studio product photography and static image ads. Captions are unlimited and free on every plan, every plan carries a full commercial licence, and Shhots AI pricing starts at $19/month — with annual plans carrying unused credits within the year rather than expiring them at two months.

FAQ

How much does Creatify cost per month?

Creatify pricing is $39/month for Starter (100 credits) and $99/month for Pro (300 credits, scaling to 5,000). There’s a free plan with 10 credits and an Enterprise tier with custom pricing. Separate API plans run $99 and $299 per month.

How much does one Creatify video cost?

About $1.95 for a 15-second ad on Starter and $1.65 on Pro, based on Creatify’s published rate of 5 credits per 15 seconds. A 30-second ad costs $3.90 or $3.30, and a 60-second ad costs $7.80 or $6.60.

Is Creatify free?

There’s a permanent free plan with 10 credits a month — roughly two 15-second videos — but output is watermarked and locked to 9:16. There’s no separate free trial of the paid tiers; the free plan is the trial.

Is there a Creatify promo code?

No public promo code exists. The only real discounts are the annual plan (advertised as up to 50% off) and the free tier. Coupon sites claiming 15%, 25% or 75% off are affiliate pages with contradictory claims and no verifiable codes.

Do Creatify credits expire?

Yes, after two months. Unused credits carry across plan changes, so upgrading or downgrading doesn’t forfeit them.

Can I get a refund from Creatify?

Its published policy states payments are final and non-refundable, because access is granted immediately. There’s no money-back guarantee and no stated refund window. Use the free plan to evaluate before paying.

Does Creatify have an API and what does it cost?

Yes, and it’s self-serve rather than Enterprise-only. API Starter is $99/month for 500 credits; API Pro is $299 for 2,000. The API also bills at 5 credits per 30 seconds versus 5 per 15 seconds in the app, making it roughly 75–80% cheaper per video.

What’s the difference between Creatify Starter and Pro?

Pro gives 3× the credits, 1,500 actors instead of 300 plus 3 custom avatars, 500+ templates instead of 200+, 10-minute videos instead of 2-minute, up to 5 seats, the AI Media Buyer for Meta/Google/TikTok/AppLovin, and Creatify MCP for Claude and ChatGPT.

Did Creatify raise its prices in 2026?

Yes. Starter moved from about $33 to $39 and Pro from about $49 to $99 around mid-2026. Most comparison pages still quote the old figures, which is why Creatify pricing looks inconsistent across search results.

Final take

Creatify pricing is among the best per-unit value in AI ad generation — under two dollars for a 15-second ad is hard to beat, and the free plan lets you verify quality before paying anything.

The constraint isn’t the price per video, it’s the credit budget. Twenty ads a month on Starter goes quickly when you’re testing variants, which is exactly what Creatify’s own G2 reviewers say. If you’re serious about volume, price the API from the start — at 5 credits per 30 seconds it’s the cheapest route into the product by a wide margin, and almost nobody mentions it.

If your ads start from a product photo rather than a script or URL, compare it against our AI ad generator and Shhots AI pricing before you decide.

Try Shhots AI on your own product photo

If the constraint is credit budget rather than credit price, it's worth checking a different unit. Shhots prices product images at 11 credits plus one analysis credit — about $0.11 each on Starter and $0.09 on Pro — and publishes the credit cost of every output type.

  • $19/month covers up to 175 product images or 3 UGC ads; $99 covers 1,060 images or 21 ads.
  • One product photo in, UGC video, cinematic ads, product photography and static image ads out.
  • Full commercial licence and watermark-free exports on every plan.
