Virtual twilight is standard practice in listing photography. What varies is whether your board counts it as a material alteration that needs disclosing. A number of MLSs do treat a changed sky or a dusk conversion that way.
Check your own board
Practice varies more on sky and twilight than on furniture. Some boards require a label in the photo description, some in the public remarks, and some require the unaltered original to be published alongside.
Keep the original
Every generation is saved as a new version against the property and never overwrites the daytime original, which is what California's AB 723 assumes when it asks for a link to the unaltered image.

Day to dusk photo editing converts a daytime exterior listing photo into a twilight shot. Does the conversion change the house?
No. On a preset pass the roofline, windows, facade, driveway and landscaping stay exactly as photographed. What changes is the sky, the light on the scene, and the lights that appear to be on inside. If you ask for something else in the optional comment field, such as a different sky or a repainted exterior, the model will do that, and that result is a rendering rather than a listing photo.
Can I control how dark or how warm the dusk looks?
Yes, through the optional comment on a generation. Ask for an earlier golden-hour feel or a deeper blue-hour sky and you get it. Because a regeneration is 55 credits and under a minute, running the same exterior two or three ways and picking is normal rather than expensive.
Will a twilight photo work on a cloudy or flat-light photo?
That is the usual input, and it is the point. A grey overcast exterior is the shot most likely to need a twilight conversion, because there is no good light to work with in the original. What the edit needs is a clean, sharp, correctly framed photo. It cannot fix a blurry or badly composed one.
Is day to dusk the same as sky replacement?
No, though they overlap. Sky replacement swaps a grey sky for a clear one and leaves the rest of the exposure roughly alone. A day to dusk conversion replaces the sky with a dusk sky and then relights the entire scene, including turning on the window and exterior lighting so the house reads as warm against a darker sky. How many twilight photos should a listing have?
One or two, and they should lead.
