What is the $100 minimum, and does an unpaid balance roll over?
Payouts are sent once your accrued commission reaches $100. If a month closes below that, the balance rolls over and pays out as soon as you cross the threshold.
What happens if a customer cancels or downgrades?
Commission is 20% of every payment a referred customer actually makes. If they downgrade, you earn 20% of the new, smaller payment. If they cancel, payments stop and so does the commission on that customer.
Can I promote from outside the US?

Is there a cap on earnings?
